Now, all direct customers will be able to book our Maple Parking branded airport parking, with the peace of mind that should your travel arrangements change; you can Amend or Postpone your booking without any fees or penalties*
This means you can change, edit and remake your booking with no penalties or charges, as long as you inform us 24 hours before you are due to park.
*Any differences in fare (usually when length of stay or start date differs) that applies will be charged or refunded to you accordingly.
If you are not able to rearrange your travel dates, we will happily give you a credit note for the same amount, ensuring you are able to re-book with us as and when you know your travel dates. This is completely free of charge.
If you must cancel, simply give us 24 hours’ notice and we will offer you a full refund. This is our promise to you.
This policy covers all of our Maple Parking products at the airports we operate from – Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton.
