Our drivers are mature, uniformed, fully insured and DBS checked, and all hold full UK driving licences. Before we drive your car anywhere, we photograph it and record the mileage, so you and we both have a clear record of its condition. It then stays in a car park that is manned, patrolled or CCTV monitored 24 hours a day until you're home.

Meet & Greet Parking
Drive to the terminal, hand over your keys, walk straight to check-in.
With meet and greet airport parking there's no shuttle bus and no long walk with your cases. Drive to the terminal at Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton or Birmingham and one of our uniformed drivers will meet you at the agreed meeting point. They'll check the car over with you, take your keys and park it in one of our secure car parks while you check in.
When you land, collect your luggage and we'll bring your car back to the terminal, ready to drive home. It suits families with young children, anyone with heavy bags and anyone who wants the quickest route from car to check-in. Meet and greet at Gatwick starts from £6.99 a day.

Airport parking FAQs
What's the difference between meet and greet and park and ride?
With meet and greet, you drive to the terminal and one of our drivers parks your car for you, then returns it to the terminal when you land. With park and ride, you drive to our car park and take a short transfer to the terminal. Meet and greet is quicker; park and ride is cheaper.
How does Maple's meet and greet parking work?
Book online or call 03 333 222 333. On the day, drive to your terminal and meet your driver outside departures. We photograph your car, record the mileage and park it in a secure car park. When you land, call us once you have your luggage and we'll bring your car back to the terminal.
How do I amend my booking?
Log in to your account and choose Manage my booking to change your dates, times or flight details. You can also call our booking team on 03 333 222 333 between 9am and 5pm. Changes to your dates may change the price.
How do I change my vehicle details?
Update your registration, make, model and colour in Manage my booking at any time before you drop off. Please keep them accurate, as your driver uses them to find you at the terminal.
What if I have to return early? Will I have to wait for my car?
Call us as soon as you know your plans have changed and we'll arrange to have your car ready for your new return time. See our terms for details.
Will your driver be able to drive my car?
Yes. All our drivers hold full UK licences and are trained on a wide range of vehicles, including automatics, electric and hybrid cars. If your car needs anything unusual to start or drive, tell us when you book and mention it to your driver at handover.
